  1. Are we locked into a contract?

All plans are created as subscriptions with automatic renewal. However, you can manage your account and cancel renewals at any time via your accounts page. 

  1. Can we pay offline?

Yes. If you’re a school based in Australia you can request offline payment via invoice. Just contact us on Live chat. 

  1. What currency is this charged in?

Vidalyze charges in USD. You will be issued with a receipt/invoice that shows the charges incurred in your local currency using conversion rates at the time of purchase. 

  1. Can we upgrade?

You can upgrade and downgrade at the press of a button inside of your account. 

  1. What happens at the end of my trial?

After the completion of your 14 day trial your account will be locked. All data will remain inside and your access can be restored with a successful payment
